Service Description

A full hour where you get to relax and let someone else do all the stretching. A custom one on one session consisting of dynamic Assisted Stretch, Sports Stretch, Trigger Point Release, HyperIce Products and Compression. These sessions are aimed at increasing flexibility, reducing soreness/pain, improving, and maintaining range of motion, releasing tight " knots" in muscles, and decreasing stress.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any no show or cancellation made within less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a late fee of $25.00.
