Week 6 begins with gently warming up the muscles and joints then moving into deeply stretching through the entire body in a slow and intentional way. This week we focus on the feet, ankles and calves with a foot roll and release, ankle mobility and strength exercises and a new lower body stretches using a strap. Mindfulness and breathwork continues to build upon previous weeks strengthening your ability to be fully aware and focused and deeply relaxing the muscles, improving digestion, and enhancing mental and physical performance. This class is primarily mat based with a short standing segment. You will need a supportive mat, yoga block, strap, and release ball.
