TOTAL BODY RESET PLUS UNLIMITED GROUP FITNESS! Transform your body and mind with the 8-week Total Body Reset program, brought to you by Shannon Watson, RN. This in-person restorative style class program is designed to align and recover both your body and mind, combining deep stretch flows, mobility exercises, breathwork, and mindfulness-based relaxation techniques. Join us in person and start your journey towards a healthier and happier you. TBR Classes are offered starting Sunday January 7th EVERY WEDNESDAY 12:00-1 pm and EVERY OTHER SUNDAY 4:00-5:00 pm Sign up ahead online after registering. THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF: -You want to enhance your mobility and flexibility -You want to learn how to practice active recovery. -You are curious to learn more about breathwork and easily improve heart and lung function. -You are looking to decrease joint pain and muscle soreness -You need to decrease stress and improve your sleep quality -You are an athlete looking for injury prevention, accelerated recovery & improved performance. Our classes are designed to provide comprehensive care for your entire body by focusing on deep hip, back, and shoulder stretches. Each week, we build on the previous week's foundational attention while adding new areas of focus. Our classes are low-intensity and beginner-friendly, so you'll never feel overwhelmed. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any no show or cancellation made within less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a late fee of $25.00.
