8 PACK PRO OPTIMIZATION PACKAGE + TRAVEL: A customized set of 8 sessions consisting of dynamic Assisted Stretch, Sports Stretch, Trigger Point Release, and Compression combined with short deep stretch flows, breath work and mindfulness-based relaxation to align and recover the whole body and mind. These sessions are aimed at increasing flexibility, reducing soreness, decreasing injury rates, improving range of motion, releasing tight muscles, and decreasing stress. - Client has 24/7 virtual access to entire On-Demand program and audio guided sessions. - One on One Coaching Calls included as needed. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Package pricing guarantees scheduled time reserved for the client within a 6 month window. Travel is limited and must be discussed ahead of time. Sessions must be used within 1 year from date of purchase. One client per session package. This cost does not include additional airfare or hotel fee's associated with travel.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any no show or cancellation made within less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a late fee of $25.00.
