Week 8 begins seated warming up and stretching the muscles and joints of the upper body then deeply stretching through the entire lower body in a slow and intentional way with added mobility for the shoulders, wrists, chest, thoracic spine, and hips. Mindfulness and breathwork continues to build upon previous weeks strengthening your ability to be fully aware and focused and deeply relaxing the muscles, improving digestion, and enhancing mental and physical performance. This class is fully mat based. You will need a supportive mat, strap and yoga block.
