Week 4 begins with gently warming up the muscles and joints then moving into deeply stretching through the entire body in a slow and intentional way with our first seated upper body focus. This week adds new hip, shoulder and chest and T-spine mobility along with a middle trapezius (lower neck) muscle release and neck stretches. Mindfulness and breathwork continues to build upon previous weeks while adding new techniques designed to improve cardio-respiratory function, sleep quality and focused attention. This class is all mat based and you will need a supportive mat, yoga block, strap, and release ball.
